final_value, percent_shrink*
determines how dimensions are displayed when shrinkage is applied to a model.
if it is set to percent_shrink, the dimension text is displayed in the following form:
nom_value (shr%)
if it is set to final_value,
the dimension simply shows the shrunk value.
for example, if the nominal dimension is 10 and shrinkage equals 1%, the dimension will be displayed as follows:
10 (1%) - if set topercent_shrink
10.1 - if set to final_value
