Usage: ps_pen_width [options] file1 [file2]
 
	ps_pen_width changes the pen_width in a PostScript file by a factor 0.5
 
	options:	-h =>	this help screen 
			-o =>	output sed commands (don't change file)

	if only one file is given the old file will be overwritten.
